Return Policy for Raised West

At Raised West, we take pride in creating quality children's ranchwear and apparel designed to be worn, loved, and passed down. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the same condition they were received.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please email us at sales@raisedwest.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

We understand that shipping costs can add up, so we're happy to split the cost of return shipping with our customers.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs upfront. Once your return has been received and approved, we will reimburse 50% of the return shipping cost. To receive this reimbursement, please provide a copy or photo of your shipping receipt when initiating your return.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Raised West will cover the full cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. 

Local customers may be able to arrange a drop-off or exchange. Please contact us to discuss available options.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Any applicable reimbursement for return shipping will be included with your refund.

If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when initiating your return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us at sales@raisedwest.com. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on available inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
